Questions drivers often ask when obtaining Code 95

Yes, we issue invitations. Based on this, you can apply for a Polish Work visa for 1 year. To request an invitation, you must send scanned copies of your passport and driver’s license to our manager.

There are two courses: Initial and Periodic. Which Code 95 course you need depends on the date you obtained your Category C license and whether you have previously taken the initial qualification Code 95.

To enroll in course code 95, you will need your passport, driving license, medical examination, psychological test, PKZ profile and a 3.5×4.5 photograph. You can have your medical examination, psychological test and photograph done at our office upon arrival. We will arrange your PKZ profile for you at the Competent authority.

The initial qualification Code 95 is suitable for drivers who obtained a category “C” license after September 9, 2009. The course lasts 28–30 days. The initial qualification Code 95 training in Poland consists of two weeks of lectures and a week of practical training on the parade ground. After completing the course, you are required to pass the Code 95 exam at WORD.

The periodic training Code 95 is suitable for drivers who: obtained category “C” before September 9, 2009, or obtained category “D” before August 8, 2008.
The periodic training Code 95 lasts 5 days, or 3 days if you have an ADR (certificate authorizing the transport of dangerous goods). There is no exam at the end of the course.

The duration of training of the initial qualification is 28–35 days.

After completing an initial qualification, all drivers are required to pass the Code 95 exam at WORD (Regional Traffic Center), which is a regional traffic center. Students are given 45 minutes to answer all questions on Code 95. There is only one correct answer for each question. A provincial commission is present at the exam. You must register in advance to take the test. Bring your passport, driver’s license, and PKZ profile with you.

The waiting time for the Code 95 exam in Poland depends on the workload of the WORD where you registered. Typically, testing is scheduled 1–3 days after registration.

The exam tickets for Code 95 include two sets of questions. The first main set consists of 20 questions, and the second specialized set consists of 10 questions.

You will pass the Code 95 exam if you make no more than 4 mistakes in the first block, and no more than 5 mistakes in the second.

After successfully passing the exam at WORD, you will be able to receive Code 95 within 2-4 weeks.

You can take the Code 95 exam in Russian, Polish, or English, as per your choice.

The periodic training for Code 95 lasts 5 days or 3 days if you have ADR.

The abbreviation ADR stands for Accord Dangereuses Route – Agreement of European states on international transport of dangerous goods. The ADR certificate confirms the driver’s additional qualification for transporting dangerous goods. Dangerous goods are substances and items that, due to their inherent properties, pose a threat to human life and health, the environment, the safety of buildings, structures, equipment and other material objects.

At the end of the periodic training, you will not take an exam. Once you have obtained your code 95 license, you will have all the necessary documents to work as an international driver in Europe.

The periodic training Code 95 does not include practical training, but if necessary, you can take additional classes on the parade ground for an extra fee.

You can undergo the driver’s Medical examination at our driving school at Opaczewska 60D. There is no need to travel elsewhere, and you will not encounter a language barrier during the Medical examination.

Depending on the driver’s age and health condition, the Medical examination certificate and Psychological test are issued for different periods. If the driver is under 60 years old, the Medical examination is valid for 5 years. If the driver is over 60 years old, then it is valid for 30 months.

Please confirm directly with your employer whether our certificate is suitable for employment.

The Code 95 cost includes: Medical examination, Psychological test, PKZ profile, theoretical and Practical training. Additionally, we will deliver the plastic Code 95 card to your specified address free of charge.

The validity period of your Code 95 card directly depends on the validity period of your medical certificate. Accordingly, if your certificates are valid for only 2 years, your Code 95 will also be issued for 2 years.
