Offer Agreement (Website Terms of Use)

1. Subject of the Agreement

These Terms of Use for the StarTruck.pl website (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) are an official document governing access to and use of the StarTruck.pl website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”). Use of the Website constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the Terms. In case of disagreement with the Terms, the user must immediately cease using the Website.

2. Terminology and Definitions

The following terms and definitions are used in these Terms:

5. Administrator Rights

The Administration reserves the right to change the Terms at any time, as well as to suspend or terminate the operation of the Website without prior notice to users.

The Administration also has the right to remove any information posted on the Website that violates the legislation of the Republic of Poland or the rights of third parties.

6. The Administration is not responsible for:

Harm caused to the User as a result of using information located on the Website.
Direct and indirect losses of users that arose due to a violation of the Law or the rights of third parties and led to the application of penalties. Any disputes between users and third parties must be resolved without the involvement of the Website Administration.
Violations of the security and confidentiality of User data that occurred not due to the fault of the Administration;
Errors and malfunctions in the operation of the Website caused by technical problems beyond the control of the Administration.
