The principle is simple:
80% of the training cost is paid by the transport company, 20% by the driver.
This is a modern version of the “investment in an employee”, which has become especially
popular among European carriers who are experiencing a shortage of C+E drivers
C+E.
In essence, you get a chance to enter the profession quickly, legally and without large expenses.
And the invested money is returned from the first salary.
The cost is calculated individually and depends on several factors:
- what documents do you already have;
- when did you get category C;
- what type of course is needed — Periodic training or Initial qualification;
- the selected training format.
