2025 has become a milestone for the entire transport industry.\nThe number of drivers is growing, the demand for international drivers is huge, and companies\nare hiring faster than they can process applications.\n<\/br><\/br>But along with this, another thing has grown \u2014 the number of schemes, forgeries, and offers to\n\u201cquickly and cheaply do everything you want\u201d.\nAnd right now, when a driver can start a career in literally a few\nweeks, mistakes have become more costly than ever.<\/br><\/br>Over the past few years, I have heard hundreds of stories \u2014 from beginners, from experienced drivers, from\nITD inspectors, from employers.\nAnd they all agree on one thing:\nignorance of the law does not excuse, and incorrect documents can ruin\na career even before the first trip.<\/br><\/br>To understand how a driver can protect themselves, you need to understand the entire path \u2014 from certificates\nto a chip card \u2014 as a single system. Because that is how it is viewed by inspectors, ITD,\npsychologists, medical examination centers, and employers. <\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Driver card, chip card, Code 95, permits \u2014 all of this is meaningless without<\/p>

two documents: medical examination and psychological test<\/b>.<\/p>

And here, a strict, unambiguous rule applies:<\/p>

both examinations are conducted ONLY in person, ONLY in Poland, ONLY by <\/b><\/p>

specialists from the official register.<\/b><\/p>

This is not the opinion of the driving school, and it’s not \u201cbecause we want it that way.\u201d It’s the law. <\/p>

Medical examination<\/b><\/p>

Ustawa o transporcie drogowym (Art. 39j ust. 1, 6): <\/b><\/p>

a driver’s medical examination can only be carried out by a doctor who is authorized to perform<\/p>

preventive examinations AND has the right to examine candidates for drivers.<\/p>

Psychological test<\/b><\/p>

Ustawa o kieruj\u0105cych pojazdami (Art. 43 ust. 1): <\/b><\/p>

a psychological examination is performed by a transport psychologist working in a<\/p>

registered laboratory.<\/p>

In other words:<\/p>

\u274c Online certificates<\/p>

\u274c Certificates from another country<\/p>

\u274c Certificates made during the period when the driver was abroad<\/p>

\u2014 all these are fictitious documents<\/b> that the ITD does not recognize.<\/p>

And the scariest thing is that many drivers find out about this not at the driving school, but\u2026 at the border.<\/p>

Where the inspector looks at the date of entry\/exit to the EU and says:<\/p>

And the trip ends before it even begins<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tBy 2025, scammers have become visually almost indistinguishable from real schools.\n\nThey copy websites, use logos of government services, and write that they \u201cprocess licenses in\n\na short time and without an exam.\u201d\n\nBut in Poland, there is one tool that shatters any lie:\n\nthe official moj.gov.pl database<\/b>\n\n\ud83d\udc49moj.gov.pl\n<\/a>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

If the license is not in the system, it is fake.<\/p>

If there was no exam, there will be an Art. mark. 70.<\/p>

If the school is cheating, the ITD will be the first to know.<\/p>

This is a very simple check, but it has saved the careers of more than a dozen drivers,<\/p>

who came to us after \u201csomeone promised to arrange everything nicely\u201d.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

There is nothing complicated about a driver’s chip card.<\/p>

But to get it \u201cquickly\u201d and \u201cthrough a friend\u201d means putting your career at<\/p>

risk.<\/p>

Why? Because the card is issued through PWPW \u2014 the state factory of <\/p>

securities.<\/p>

And if the application is submitted through an individual, KAS (tax office), the prosecutor’s office, or PWPW<\/p>

may start checking their activities.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
