      The law on the qualification of professional drivers of vehicles does not apply to:<\/p>

        • Vehicles with a maximum permissible speed of 45 km \/ h.<\/li>
        • Armed forces, police, civil defense and disaster relief, as well as street cleaning vehicles.<\/li>
        • Cars used for emergency rescue operations.<\/li>
        • Vehicles used to transport materials and equipment necessary for the driver to perform his profession.<\/li>
