How to avoid quarantine upon arrival in Poland?

The test can be of two types: either antigen or PCR. For quarantine exemption, it’s better to do an antigen test – it’s cheaper and the result is faster.

If you are flying to Warsaw for Code 95 training:

Another important point! No one will notify you when you are released from quarantine!

You need to call the hotline yourself at 22 165 57 44, select option “4” in the menu

They speak Russian/Ukrainian. You provide your details (passport series and number, name/surname/phone number).

And ask about the status of your quarantine.

Many laboratories automatically send your test results to the sanitary and epidemiological station, and you should be released from quarantine the very next day. However, some laboratories explicitly state that they do not send the results anywhere. In any case, if you want to be 100% sure that you will be released from quarantine as soon as possible, you need to do the following:

Call 22 250 01 15 (sanitary inspection hotline) and inform them that you have taken a test, the result is negative, and you want to be released from quarantine. They should register your request and ask you to send the test results via email
