It is impossible to obtain a certificate allowing you to work as a long-distance driver in EU countries in Russia. To complete the training, you will have to travel to a neighboring country. Who must complete the training
Professional drivers who obtained driving permits for classes C1 and C after September 9, 2009, must provide proof of initial qualification. This is achieved by successfully passing a written theory exam before a commission. Code 95 in Poland for Russian drivers is not entered into the license. Proof of completing the course is a certificate. If Polish rights are obtained, then the corresponding entry will appear in them.
The cost of Code 95 depends on the number of hours completed. A periodic training requires little money.
Who receives the certificate
Drivers of E and C class vehicles who are professionally engaged in freight transport must undergo refresher training every five years. The training usually takes place over a period of five days. The modules, three of which must be completed at an authorized training center, can be considered purely theoretical or include a practical element. After participating in individual training modules, course participants will receive confirmation from the school that they have completed the course. A Code 95 certificate is issued. Each driver must keep track of the expiry date. Every five years, a periodic training must be taken and the certificate renewed.
How much does Code 95 cost for beginners?
The initial qualification for students over 21 years old lasts one month. If the student is younger than this age, they will be offered a course that lasts two months. Accordingly, the payment for it will be higher. Medical examination is also mandatory. When training for the long course, the cost is slightly higher. Later, the driver will take only a periodic training every five years, which has a lower cost and shorter training period.
Please note, if you plan to drive other vehicles, there are restrictions:
- Code 95 course is not required for drivers of vehicles with a maximum speed of 45 km/h.
- Firefighters, civil protection representatives, etc.
- Repair technicians and automotive service.
- Rescue and emergency services.
- Truck drivers who do not drive commercial transport as their main occupation, for example, craftsmen using a vehicle to perform their profession
